Our mission as a Charity at Redcliffe Mums Inc is to help underprivileged Children/Teens around the Redcliffe Peninsula to get back on their feet. We work alongside the schools in the community to identify those who need it the most.
As a Charity, we purchase items to help children in need and to advance their lives a little bit more to help create a better future. Some of these items include providing school books, uniforms, assisting with fees, school trips and help with other essentials relating to Schooling.
Cash donations and other offers for raffle prizes would be greatly appreciated also.
We are a Not for Profit Charity that are now taking donations via paypal and look forward to helping families and individuals in need. We are an Incorporated, Not for Profit Charity with an endorsed DGR status. Donate here
The team here at Redcliffe Mums include a range of people from Mums and Dads, to those who have lost partners, been abused themselves, nursed and lost family members, a child care worker, animal rescuers and more. We are just a group of people who formed a Charity and want to make a difference to others in need. We want to help others and make a difference to those who really need help, this allows us to help lighten their burden.
We currently have 10 members/volunteers, 7 of who are committee members. The people involved do not have any legal issues as far as they know and the organisation has not acted in any way that could be a serious offence under Australian Law. We are registered with the ACNC and are endorsed by the ATO for Charity Tax Concessions.
