2026 – Update
This year has already brought some big changes for Redcliffe Mums. Following the sale and demolition of the Deception Bay Club, we found ourselves needing a new home for our much-loved Trivia Nights. Thankfully, the wonderful team at Scarborough Bowls Club came to our rescue, opening their doors and welcoming us with kindness and support. While the new venue is smaller and we are still working through the best ways to make everything fit and flow, we are committed to making it work—because every dollar raised goes directly towards helping children in need across our local community.
Thanks to your generosity, we have already donated over $16,000 this year, helping support 16 local schools and ensuring children have access to essential items and assistance when they need it most.
Following our upcoming Trivia Night on 30 May 2026, we are hoping to donate another $8,000 towards supporting our schools through the winter period. As we move through 2026, we want to take a moment to thank our incredible community for continuing to stand beside us and help make a difference in the lives of local children doing it tough. From all of us at Redcliffe Mums (RMI)—thank you for helping us create brighter futures for children across our community
We are also proud to once again be partnering with Peninsula Motorfest in 2026. This incredible event attracts more than 30,000 visitors to the Moreton Bay region across three huge days and continues to play a vital role in helping us raise funds to support even more children in our community.
Preparations are already underway, and we are currently seeking sponsors and raffle prize donations. Whether it is a voucher, product, service, or sponsorship contribution, every donation makes a genuine difference.
We also have some exciting events coming up:
Dress Up Movies & Music Cent Auction and Trivia Night – 8th August 2026 / Peninsula Motorfest 28th, 29th, 30th August 2026 / Christmas Trivia Night – coming later this year.
2025 – Update
As we continue our fundraising efforts in 2025, the Redcliffe Mums team has been feeling the pressure of balancing full-time work with running the charity. To manage things more sustainably, we initially planned to reduce our Trivia Nights to just three events this year, especially with the return of the Peninsula Motorfest, which requires a huge effort over three full days.
However, after receiving so many messages from our amazing supporters saying they couldn’t wait another six months, we’ve given in—and we’re excited to announce an additional Trivia Night on 13th September 2025!
To make room for this extra event, we’ve decided to cancel the car wash fundraiser, as we’ll still be recovering from Motorfest. But don’t worry—our popular Christmas Trivia Night will still be going ahead, with fun and festivities for everyone!
We truly can’t do this without your continued support. Thank you for being part of our journey!
Welcome to 2025 – A Year of Fun, Fundraising & Community Spirit!
As we step into 2025, Redcliffe Mums community is more energized than ever! After an incredible 2024, where we raised more funds than before, which allowed us to help to a support so many more local children. We’re gearing up for an even bigger and better year ahead.
From Trivia Nights including Music and Movie themed dress-up events, a car wash fundraiser, the Peninsula Motorfest, and of course, another Christmas Trivia Night, there’s something for everyone. But we can’t do it without your help!

We often get asked……who are ‘Redcliffe Mums Inc’ and what do we do?
‘Redcliffe Mums Inc’ is a not-for-profit organisation who officially started fundraising efforts in early 2021.
We are only a small group who are made up of not only mums, but people who are passionate about helping children get back on their feet. Our focus over the last 5 years has been on supporting children with essential school supplies so they can concentrate on their education. For us to be able to provide this support (through the purchase of essential items such as uniforms, stationary, food and more) we rely on revenue from fundraising events and donations from businesses and members of the public. Over the last 5 years we have managed to raise and donate over $58,000 for essential supplies to schools and fchildren. We also welcome new volunteers that would like to be part of this organisation. Please contact us if you would like to sponsor us, help in other ways or to make a donation
